Scope

This policy applies to the public website at counselroom.ai. The CounselRoom application is a separate, invite-only product with its own terms and privacy documentation, provided to pilot firms during onboarding.

What we collect

Only what you choose to submit through the invite request form: your name, firm, work email, and any optional details you include. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.

How we use it

We use invite requests to evaluate and respond to your interest in the CounselRoom pilot, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for their own use.

Where it lives

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, and form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database. When you submit the form, an email notification is delivered to us through Resend, our email provider. Both providers process the data on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

We keep invite requests while we evaluate them and while the pilot program is active. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to caracal@webtinker.io and we will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
